Welcome to Digital Pakpattan. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pakpattan.net, including course registration, student and teacher accounts, certificate verification and digital services.
By using our website or registering for our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration or use the relevant services.
1. About Us
Digital Pakpattan provides digital skills training and professional digital services in Pakpattan, Punjab, Pakistan. Specific course details, fees and service requirements are communicated through our website or authorised team members.
2. Registration and Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering or submitting an enquiry. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date and your password confidential.
You must not share your account, impersonate another person or access someone else’s account without permission. Please notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Students under 18 should register with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Course Admission and Availability
Submitting a registration form does not automatically confirm admission. Enrolment may depend on available seats, eligibility, fee confirmation and administrative approval.
Course content, duration, delivery method and schedules will be communicated for the relevant programme. If a significant change becomes necessary, we will inform affected students and explain the available arrangements.
4. Fees and Payments
Students and clients must pay the fees communicated at the time of enrolment or service booking, according to the agreed payment schedule.
Payments should be made only through channels confirmed by Digital Pakpattan. Please retain your receipt or transaction reference as proof of payment.
Overdue payments may result in a temporary restriction of course or service access after notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Any cancellation, refund or course-transfer conditions will be communicated before payment or included in the relevant written agreement.
If no specific policy has been provided, please contact us before paying to clarify the applicable conditions. Refund requests will be reviewed against the agreed terms, services already delivered and applicable law.
If Digital Pakpattan cancels a course or cannot deliver an agreed service, we will contact affected students or clients to arrange an appropriate alternative or refund for the undelivered portion, subject to applicable requirements.
6. Student Conduct
Students are expected to attend classes regularly, complete required work and communicate respectfully with instructors, staff and other learners.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, cheating, plagiarism, impersonation and disruption of classes or online systems are prohibited.
You must not share another person’s private information or record and distribute classes without permission.
7. Certificates and Verification
Certificates are issued after the relevant course requirements have been met and the required review and approval are complete. Registration or payment alone does not guarantee a certificate.
Students should check that their personal details are correct before a certificate is issued. Corrections may require supporting information.
Certificates must not be altered, copied for fraudulent use or misrepresented. Digital Pakpattan may correct or revoke a certificate issued in error or obtained through fraud, with notice and an opportunity to raise any concerns.
Unless expressly stated for a particular programme, a Digital Pakpattan certificate should not be represented as a university degree, government qualification or third-party accreditation.
8. Teacher Accounts
Teacher registration does not automatically authorise an instructor to offer courses through Digital Pakpattan. Approval may be required before courses, batches or other activities become available.
Teachers must maintain accurate records, protect student information and use their access only for authorised educational purposes. Any separate instructor agreement also applies.
9. Learning Materials and Intellectual Property
Website content, branding and learning materials belong to Digital Pakpattan or their respective owners.
Materials provided for a course are for the learner’s personal educational use unless another licence is stated. You must not resell, publicly distribute or commercially reproduce them without permission.
You retain ownership of your original submitted work while allowing us to review it for teaching, assessment and course administration. Promotional use of identifiable student work, photographs or testimonials requires separate permission.
10. Professional Digital Services
Digital services may include website development, video editing, advertising, design, SEO and social media management.
Project scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, ownership and delivery requirements will be set out in the relevant proposal or written agreement. That agreement takes priority for project-specific matters.
Clients must have permission to use any content or assets they supply and provide the information and approvals needed to complete the work.
11. Results and Outcomes
Our training supports practical learning, but we do not guarantee employment, freelance income, client acquisition or a specific level of earnings.
Marketing and digital services do not guarantee particular rankings, reach, leads, sales or platform approvals. Results depend on factors including individual effort, market conditions, budgets and third-party platforms.
12. Acceptable Website Use
You must not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, distributing malware or attempting to bypass security controls.
You must not interfere with website operation or attempt to access private records, accounts or restricted areas without authorisation.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website and courses may reference external platforms, tools or websites. Their own terms, fees and privacy policies apply.
We do not control third-party availability, account decisions or changes to their services.

15. Suspension or Termination
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated breaches, security risks, fraud or overdue payments.
Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Urgent security incidents may require immediate action.
Any remaining payment, refund or recordkeeping matters will be handled under the relevant agreement and applicable law.
16. Liability
We take reasonable care in providing our website and services, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses caused by website interruptions, third-party failures or unauthorised use outside our reasonable control.
